Celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental health and the importance of self care is becoming a subject of increased awareness and interest with the general public. Throughout 18th-24th May in the UK, people across the country were invited to share their thoughts on this year’s theme, “kindness”, to help further de-stigmatise mental health so that people feel supported and empowered to invest in themselves, or feel confident enough to seek help if they feel they should do so.

We asked our team to share ways they are being kind to themselves during these challenging times. Responses to the forms of photos, sketches, sound recordings, recipes, playlists and more. Check out the below to see what they shared with us.
