Personal information we collect

We currently use a third-party provider, HubSpot, to deliver and manage our newsletter distribution and our subscribers. This means that your data is stored on Hubspot servers, but we retain full ownership and sole use of that data. We use Vimeo to store and serve films and video clips of our work on our website and we track views and interaction with these videos to help us understand the use of these by our website visitors.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a legal request (by an appropriate Court), search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Your rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us using the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we may be processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests.
