We believe in the power of fostering a space for students to learn about the arts and design industry. By opening The Art House to soon-to-be emerging professionals, our studio is able to share with them the ins and outs of our world. For this activation, we provided this group of multidisciplinary creatives with some insight into the joy of expression.

Invited by myself, Acrylicize’s Lead Designer, an alumna of Syracuse University's BFA in Communications Design, over 20 students visited The Art House for a day full of professional development and discussion about the inner workings of our core business. The day’s agenda included food, drinks, and a crash course into the history of Acrylicize, as well as a creative challenge facilitated by the New York studio.

Creative Challenge

We challenged the students with a real-world prompt. In groups, we asked them to do what we do on a daily basis: activate a space through art, design, and experience.

Visiting Acrylicize allowed me to get a glimpse of what my future entails as a creative. I was given the opportunity to learn about the various positions and backgrounds offered, their in-depth creative process.
